When I see the image on the print then cut mat it shows the stem of the ornament. Then when I go to print it it is not cut out the stem just the entire circle I did attach it in my layers what am I doing wrong?

Make sure your printer is set to the highest quality and that your photos are good quality

I have been having this problem so much! I even bought a new machine thinking that was problem. I think it’s definitely a Cricut problem not a user problem.

Have a cricut air2. I have used the Foil Acetate and the Transparency. The cricut is cutting the circle twice and the stem once. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank You

I have a question about the transparent film. Once you cut it. How do you use the rest of the film. I have the same problem with printable vinyl. I cut a piece out then the rest is thrown away.

I love the video. I'm trying to make it but when I print the image and wording, my wording shows very light to where I'm not able to see the wording. Unless I put white paper behind, even at that its still very hard to see. can you reply back with what it can be I'm doing wrong. please and thank you!

My cricut won't cut the transparency because it can't recognize where it needs to cut? Cricut support tells me that I need to watch a blogger to find out what they do to trick the machine... any ideas?

Hi! Can u please tell me what kind of printer you are using?? I have an Epson ET-2720 for sublimation and then an HP Deseret. I've tried to use both and the ink won't dry. On the HP everything just disappears
