A few things to note/add: 1. In places like sterling, the parking isn't be used at all, maybe time to delete some parking for more commerical buildings, especially time to get rid of the parking lots in the inner city. 2. Might be nice to add some cultural, touristy places, maybe an open air pedestrian mall in the city 3. No need to demolish housing for new amenities, there's plenty of room in Riverview (plus not very American lol) 4. Better riverside activation 5. and PUBLIC TRANSPORT!!!!! Great city btw, been watching for ages!!

Loving the videos. I think the second smaller river needs to be revitalized. Riverview has so many rivers but they are disconnected. Nice parks and pathways along with expensive homes and shops could be good along with tourism and leisure opportunities such as a museum

think most the issues with lower birth rate probably to do with the lack of schooling. so now u have fixed it - gonna guess it will improve

@Infrastructurist, there is a mod that allows you to disable zoning on specific streets on specific side. Do you have it installed? Its quiet useful.

Amazing build! Lot of inspiration, this area can easily fit almost every kind of administration/industrial to office build and thanks to show off my overground parking!

North Port really has come to live. A very beautiful industrial port! Sometimes you see fenced of lots, not in use, with bushes and sometimes rusting containers or some rubbish on it. Was just an idea that came up to my mind.
