I am starting back in the business but I only want to treat lawns and do mosquito control in South and Central Georgia since I have the license. I hope to see helpful content on this so I can be full time self employed. Welcome back!

Love you are “back”. It’s obviously to compete with Mike and Co pilot and he’s got a good thing going. But still nice to see a leader come back 👍

Marvin is a great guy and super knowledgeable. We had the chance to tour his shop and have lunch with him about a year ago and we picked up so much knowledge in such a short time. He was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to give us some business advise . Great Job Marvin we admire all you do and your heart to help others .

Door knocking is the best, especially when you are just starting out. It definitely takes confidence though, but I love it because the results are immediate.

It's hard to expand when you have so many unprofessional low baller businesses and clients in the market saying "you charge too much" I gave up on lawn care& landscaping last year after 20 years.

It gets really dark in this business sometimes and even lonely when you end up on your own without employees but i always rebuild better and though i grow slowly i am always better than i was the year before so thank you for sharing your story because it makes me feel like im not alone in this
@elegantgreens81758 ай бұрын
Charge more so you can pay your employees better. Build route density. Don’t give up.

Great seeing you back on the YT. I am a solo guy but your model is much the same just on a huge scale. Its not about how many but how much and quicker. Figuring out what you are truly good at that does not beat you up. You hit it on the head about certain clients and helping them. I do not make money sitting in a truck driving around everywhere I make it out of the truck so closer and tight is a key. I have never followed the others who try to get as many as they can. I wait and find the ones I need and want.
