Don’t know if anyone else has pointed this out, but all Bible believing Christians are against abortion and divorce and all of the things that she claims are only upheld by the Catholics. Except it’s rather interesting that she mentions divorce. I know multiple Catholics who have had multiple marriages, but claim that they are not violating anything because their previous marriages were annulled by their priest. They say this as if it’s scriptural.

The especially catholic self-righteous ignorance and false propaganda about true biblical salvation is staggering . JD Vance was never a Born Again Christian nor does he knows the Word of God and what he said is based on his opinion not biblical truth . Every person can be saved by Gods Grace through Faith providing repentance is present and the Living Savior and Lord Jesus Christ is faithful and always ready to forgive . Jesus Christ said: you (we) must be Born Again (spiritually ) to enter the Kingdom of God. That follows a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and we also receive the infilling of the Holy Spirit that leads us into all Truth . We are being transformed from spiritual darkness into His glorious light . Then the process begins changing us slowly into what He wants us to be and to grow closer to Him . Of course as the Bible is clear not every one is faithful and endures the process they fall back into their old sin-nature and return to like a dog returns to its own vomit being worse of than before . That has absolutely nothing to do with Protestantism nor any other denomination , after all the living Savior and Lord Jesus Christ is not a protestant nor a catholic nor any other orginized religion . Jesus warned us : many will come in My Name do bot be deceived I have not send them .

Your videos are always so full of anger toward anyone non-Catholic. Wouldn’t it be more productive to start cleaning the Catholic house which is far from perfect other than condemning people?

Romans 10:9-11, a person can be saved by confessing with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in their heart that God raised him from the dead. The verse says, "For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved

I think that the Eucharist is a mystery, it is an adoration to the Holy Trinity, it is a Prayer to God and not dialogue between the priest and the people, it is offering of Jesus through the hands of the priest to the Holy Trinity, it is a covenant between the people and God not between priest and people, it is participation in the heavenly Liturgy - Banquet - Thus it is not a meal to the stomach as the Protestants speak. It is also the official prayer of the Church to God. It is not a dialogue between people and priests. It is also a symbol of the proclamation that Church is on continuous pilgrimage to heaven expecting the second coming. Above the basis of the Church is mysticism. So people and priests must be encouraged to enter into the mysteries by contemplation. But in the Mass of people priests face to face the mysticism is denied. It is highly dangerous. Because of these reasons by the people priest face to face Mass we lose the Catholic faith by loosing the treasure of the essence of the Eucharist. I am Fr. Vincent Chittilapilly MCBS Of SM Church in India. My bombers are 9446217985, 8086801316. Thanks.

As a traditionalist, that is not a good definition of Catholic Traditionalist. You are misrepresenting a wide variety of reasonings for choosing the TLM. If your first firsts are wrong then none of your arguments can be practical, as they are based off false assumptions.

Why don't you name the source of your comment. You are too young to know the beauty of the Mass before VC2. There are many examples of the NO gone berserk, especially in Germany. Believe me that if Pope Francis tries to close down the TLM he will divide the Church. I attended NO masses for awhile and find them cold, irreverent and human centered. You can attend those Balloon, holy water applied with water pistols (just check KZfaq for examples) masses. Not me brother, not me.

If our salvation depended on our own effort or merit, then why would Christ have to give his life? “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 That’s not to say works are worthless, but they are evidence of our faith, as we see in the book of James: “faith without works is dead.” Also, I agree with the beginning of JD Vance’s statement… what he is describing is the sanctification process, the process where through our life we are being formed more and more into the image of God (it doesn’t happen over night). Also I don’t hold to the idea that the “sinners prayer” saves anybody, it’s all about the posture of the heart and if you’re truly submitting to God Almighty, recognizing that nothing we do outside of choosing to accept the gift of salvation (through the life, death, and resurrection of Christ), will save us. At that point, scripture tells us we are a “new creation” and as a result, our desires begin to change thus beginning the process of sanctification, leading to a fruit bearing life. Please, anyone reading this, do not depend on yourself or your own works for salvation, it’s because of nothing other than the blood of Christ that can save us. Substitutionary atonement, Jesus in my place. Praise God!

According to Vatican II Gregorian Chant is supposed to have pride of place during Mass. I’ve never seen it at a Mass in American. America is more liberal at Mass. communion on the hand, 45-minutes for confession once a week and almost no emphasis on it, Eucharistic ministers etc. Now in in Guatemala and it’s very different only the priest gives out communion, and it’s on the tongue! Not the hand. And the borrowed a page from The Eastern Rites and dip the bread into the into the wine and then the priest places the body & blood of our Lord on the tongue. I assume this is a change for 2 reasons on communion, for starters less wine will be used and since COVID people are a bit more hesitant to share a chalice. Holy Music throughout the mass, no rock concert set ups. So in America and Europe I am betting it’s been over liberalized and that why other more traditional people seek a more conservative liturgy. What I described in the US is the norm. I’ve seen it all over the country.

"This is the leap of faith I had to make..." I hear you, Sister Eva. I was at your point when I was in RCIA 2005-2006. I slowly made this same leap in early 2007, and fully accepted the Real Presence by Ash Wednesday 2007, so that I was so relieved to leave mass for "Dismissal" during Lent, I would feel so hurt to not being able to participate in the Eucharistic Prayer and receive during those last six weeks before the Easter Vigil and my Confirmation (full initiation into the Catholic Church).

The Catholic Church is necessarily conservative as it is attempting to conserve and hand down the teachings from the Jesus and the Apostles to the present age. What I see are many liberal parishes where there appear to be no consequences. Secondly the more you ban something the more you get people to dig in their heels. Not a smart move.

You don't know what forgiveness is then. You can't choose not to forgive and be a Christian. You don't have be the right to do so. Your confession was meaningless because your are double minded and such people receive nothing from God. Forgiveness is cancelling the debt. If you haven't forgiven then God has not forgiven you and you are not a Christian.

I've tried to make similar comments on social media, only to have my posts refused. I LOVE the Latin Mass. It's beautiful. But I will not declare the Novus Oreo Mass performed by my own saintly parish priest as invalid! And I've seen the elitism of some (NOT all!) Latin Mass "fans" who form little exclusive clubs dripping "holier than thou" upon those they deem less enlightened and not "real Catholics". I don't agree with everything that Francis says and does, but I do see his point here.

So that's a silly argument. I will explain why. You can't tell us what they are. If you have a full list of the infallible oral traditions please give us that list. You can't. That's because you make them up, in fact producing counterfeit documents in the past, as and when you want to bring in a new doctrine. So you give us the list and we can see if it stacks up. Never could and never will.

This is really sad. If your faith is in Christ, then the answer is yes. If it’s in the the hopes that you have kept all of the sacraments, then the answer is no. Speaking strictly from scripture, which according to the Apostle Paul is sufficient, if your faith is in Christ, then you are saved.

I grew up in the church before Vaticn Ii so attended Latin Mass. Went to Cathloic school and went to mass before class..I had a Missal so I could follow the prayers. DON'T remember if I did or not. But it was like being a spectator rather than a participant. The altar boys answered for the congregation. With mass in English we now participate as that is the way it should be. Mass is much more fulfilling and meaningful.
