Show how to start fire with broken fan or dead battery. 15 years ago I returned fan wood stove because I could not start fire with fan off. When hiking I need reliable fire to boil water or cook food. Double wall solo stove has been reliable.

Nothing worse than uneven potato slices in the wilds! 😮 (I use a no 9 in the kitchen at home for most things other than meat. 😊....super knife!).

👍I've been using a 12f inbox for about 4 years with my tangia cook set up it's great when I'm bike packing and I want to keep weight down blades is, about 123mm long and in a slim line profile the handle curves down at the end which allows it to sit nicely in my parm with wet hands when preparing food.

Silly, takes away from being outside and using whst youve got to hand. If you dont want to take the power bank then its only as good as a £20 twig stove

BUYER BEWARE!. While this guy says it's "bomb proof" the sliding mechanism design for this tent is defective and broke off in my hand on first set up. RBM's answer to fix this problem was to send me a replacement part that did not fit. Do not purchase!

Almost exactly the same setup as mine. The only real difference is I have the Black zippered carry case, a wire rack for different pots, with Titanium Plate instead of the plastic one and I use the Gerber ComplEats Utensils, which provide me with a spatula, spoon, fork, vegetable peeler, tongs and can opener, all-in-one. Check the Gerber out.

Question . Does the 27 wind shield stack inside the 25 wind shield? Would be good to have a second burner running when baking bread or frying and boiling all at once when there is a Croud

Hi, I know you haven’t posted a lot of videos on this channel lately. Just wondering whether you consider doing a review on the Highlander rucksack that you use. very interesting getting one. just getting started into Bushcraft. So I don’t wanna waste money on equipment there is not up to the task. Your help would be much appreciated kind regards, Eugene

Just drill a hole in the side of your camp stove and hang this unit on it next time you go camping. nothing special just use unit. and do a re-review with the new mod.

How big can you go with a cast iron pot and still get a more or less even spread of the heat? Is the maximum diameter the width of the oven top or the distance from the front to the chimney? Or something else?

new to your channel, after watching lots of cooking in your vids i really appreciate your thorough review. very well explained. i use a gas camp suitcase style stove but would love to invest in the bushbox type, i love that they fold away and you've shown in your vids how versatile they are. Thanks

I’ve just found your channel . I loved watching your reviews, especially when you explained some of the drawbacks. Especially those needing a lot of fuel. Years ago in a moment of clarity, I bought the original firebox nano 1st generation ( the one without the tray) and it saved my bacon. I had no access to my bank account for 2 weeks and I was wild camping on a beach in Tenerife until my flight. I ran out of money and couldn’t buy gas for my burner. All I had was the Nano. Because I was on a beach, with other people camping nearby, there was no firewood available but the Nano ran on twigs! So I was able to cook my food and make coffee. I love that little thing. I still take it with me today. It folds up so small, you don’t even know you’re carrying it. I just wanted to big up the Nano. I also just subscribed to your channel because I like your style and your honest , proper reviews. Thanks for this.

I added one of those little folding tin openers the ones that used to be standard in the 24 hour ration packs. I know these days most tins are ring pull but firstly not all and secondly the ring pull sometimes breaks off.

I recently purchased this knife. This was one of the best reviews I found. It's sharp, has great weight to chop through things. It's the perfect all allrounder. I am in love with this knife! The only improvement for me could be a slightly more contoured thicker handle and a lanyard hole but short of that this is such a perfect survival, camp, shtf knife that isn't costing your a ridiculous amount of money. Condor knows what they are doing for bushcraft survival.
