@@DinnerandaSide if there’s a ‘power level’ button on your microwave you can adjust the strength! My microwave even has a ‘soften’ option where you select how many sticks of butter and then it softens it for you-but that’s too fancy for me sometimes lol. Putting it on 25% power level for 15 seconds at a time and checking in between can soften it for you without melting it fully

I love it. I make a similar one. I like ranch homemade with the ranch dressing packets. Here goes. One package of fedeo, or string hair pasta. They come in a five inch tall packets. Make the ranch Cook pasta. Then later when it's cool. Add one small jar pimentos One large cucumber, i qurter the cucumbers like she did her onions. Blend all these ingredients And now that I saw the fresh dill ... that too .. enjoy. My dish looks like hers. Simple and delicious.
