your documentary on gay evolution is a true thought of existence. Why we are not extinct is clear to be alive and self acceptance of identifying our own sexual identity and expression of its soul value of a lone or as one. Not to speak if other evolving topics,the truth of other sexual orientations are considerbly degreed to ignore its own orientation such as rebirth and the resserection .Is time travel really possible and in theory the existential part the permission to duplicate and the sin removed by new life.

Been feeling a bit down myself lately. I work nightshifts and as such haven't been getting as much exercise (if any) in most weeks. Started a new program yesterday and I literally feel a lot better just after 2 session of cardio/weights. A bit achy, but that'll pass.

To survive and thrive in this turbulent world we need peace and power, that comes from deep inner contentment. The foundation of Inner Peace Inner Power is spiritual awareness of the self which is both the journey and the destination. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gtmnn7ue1czelaM.html

Hello! I'm here from Bucci's channel. I actually din't expect this kind of content but I'm glad I watched your video. I once tried a diet without carbs and sugar, I was always starving and carving for those products. The good thing was that I started to feel better with my body, and that was absolutely awesome for my self esteem. Bad thing, I abandoned that diet and started eating really bad, because of school and stress... results: a year ago I had a gallblader surgery... which wasn't a pleasant experience at all. After watching your video I think I'm gonna try again to remove most of the sugar products from my diet. I'll be back in a month or so to tell you if I feel any changes :D

When I am sad, my dog licks my tears away, cuddles with me, and gets me to engage in games, instead of me trying to get him to play.

Hi Bryce, This is Ruchika and I have depression with ADD from past 11 years now. I happen to stumble at your video series and was really happy to see this initiative. Now about "sugar", I have tried this experiment of taking no sugar and then limiting it and it definitely works. But then as they say everything needs to be in moderation, I have found substitutes to refined sugar so that my brain keeps getting the right amount and doesn't crave for it whenever I feel low or depressed. What I did was first I eliminated sugar completely from my diet, by sugar here I mean refined sugar and products including the same. It felt good but slowly I experienced low moods once in 2 weeks and that got better by taking biscuits or muffin. Then I realized complete elimination is not good, rather let us take a healthy substitute, which was jaggery. Also, I make sure to eat dark chocolate which has more than 70% cocoa to curb this craving. Once you do it for some time, you will feel the difference in your mental health and will refrain from using refined sugar and consuming sweet products. I definitely do that as I can feel the difference. But then again it is ok to indulge in a piece of cake once in a while ;)

Hey Ruchika, thanks for watching and sharing this - and my apologies for taking so long to respond. A few other projects had me occupied. I ABSOLUTELY agree with you. Moderation is so so important. I too have found that while complete elimination can produce results in the short term, it is not realistically sustainable, particularly for us ADD/ADHDers, which I'm sure you can relate with! Finding appropriate substitutes like dark chocolate and natural sugars from fruits (i.e. in healthy smoothies) can really help us satiate those cravings and get us the DOPAMINE we crave so much. Thanks again for watching!

Anxiety is a strange thing. I am a vocalist and when my band plays I do get stressed on the day I have a show but once we start I'm alright. But then put me in a room full of people where I have to sit and I can't really get out. Then the anxiety sets in. Nausea, tunnel vision, sweat breaks out and I want to run. It happens in a train, conference room, cinema. But not in a plane??
@1001WaysToWonder6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing... it is such a bizarre and meddlesome condition. It's definitely weird how certain situations can be easier (or more natural) to navigate and which circumstances will trigger us definitely vary from person to person. I too don't get anxious on planes, but I know people who can't fly because of their anxiety. Social situations are especially tricky, because they can be so unpredictable. Maybe you know how to perform (because you know what you're doing on stage when your band plays) but in a room full of strangers with booze... who knows what might happen? Either way, thanks for this! - Bryce

During my anxiety related panic attacks i use deep breathing techniques that help me focus and de-catastrophize the situation and then after, i start singing in my head allowing my brain to be busy remembering the lyrics of the song instead escalating until the attack blows over.
@1001WaysToWonder6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing your strategy Ahmad. I find tactical breathing helps me as well (counting 3-4 seconds inhale and exhale). Singing in your head is great, I hadn't thought of that, but it totally makes sense to redirect your attention off the anxiety! - Bryce

This is good information that people need to know. Especially for people who do not have depression as so many people tell depressed people "It's all in your head" or "We all have bad days. Cheer Up." Well, it's very easy for people to judge something they know nothing of. And that is where alot of the problem and ignorance comes from. Instead of being understanding and empathetic, people tend to blame the person who suffers from depression. Ignorant or misinformed people do not have a clue that they are the ones who do not have the clue.

Thanks for watching Jamie, and I couldn't agree more about why it's so important we talk more about depression and demystify the things that people can't see or understand. We'l actually be releasing an episode on the science behind the Stigma very soon, which addresses many of these issues. Though first anxiety is next!

1001 Ways To Wonder Thank you for your reply. I personally have alot of caring for depressed people. They are ill They have real illness. It's not their fault. People need to help them realize their value and potential as human beings, and not condemn them because they have sickness. I would like to know if you have patron account. So I can do what I can to help.
@1001WaysToWonder6 жыл бұрын
Hey Jamie, thank you for your compassion and empathy. I do have a patron account, which is pretty new, as I have only been able to release a few videos so far. I am releasing a video on anxiety this weekend, though. Here's the link to the patron: www.patreon.com/1001waystowonder

1001 Ways To Wonder I am keeping in my your patron info. I also found out out from my own research that depression changes the size of brain. Depressed people are at the mercy of their own imbalanced brain activity. So, how can a person say "Why are you letting everything get to you?" when a person has no control over the way their brain functions? If they could anticipate and control their brain functions they would would not "let" anything get to them. It's not like the person is behind the controls. Sadly, mental illness is one of the most complex, debilitating health issues a person can struggle with. One thing about it that pains me is how detrimental the isolating affect it can have on a person. Even upon the people who seem to "have it all" and the "perfect life" so to speak.
