basically just stand up during the first pull and when the bar reaches your knee the whole position should be kinda awkward that if somebody pokes you from behind you'll tip over.

I don't speak chinese but what i see here is : the kid had his feet to much outside and not in the perfect line with knees or the knees too much outside, then his heels to close , his butt too low which results shoulders a little bit in front of the bar (this is why he kicked his butt to make him lift it a little bit more up - knees level) and not in line with the bar, sometimes he keeps the bar to far from the his legs (above the knees) What do you think?
