Do you cook the noodle? I just wondering, do you need to boil it firatbor you can stir fry the noodle right away. Can you share the way you cook your noodle? Thanks in advance. I just bought the same machine just like uou have and I need to improve the texture of my noodle. I dont know what was not right with my noodle texture.

While it is admirable that you can appreciate fresh made noodles I have to think what a waste of time and money. In about ½ the time I can knock out noodle dough with a food processor (Cuisinart) then roll and cut the dough with my much more affordable Atlas MANUAL pasta machine. My noodles would be cooked before yours are even ready for the boiling water. And because I can judge the consistency of the dough in the food processor no need for the scale and less than ½ the components to clean. And for the real aficionados in the audience mine are not an extruded pasta.
