Instead of building a bonemeal farm, you could just build a insane wither skeleton farm with wither roses, you would also get the skulls as well as coal which you could also craft into diamonds. It is also way less laggy than a million pistons and hoppers. The only downside is that you could not use water, but I think you can figure that out. Love the series by the way...

27:41 WTF?! the last two Wither Skeletons BOTH dropped skulls, but the first one was merged into the second one as it fell off of the platform!

27:42 There’s ANOTHER skull, but it falls off the platform through the gap made by the wall. You can see it for a couple frames before he opens his inventory, and watch it fall while the inventory is open.

Wither skellies are over two block high so you can just put a few half slabs up and they can't follow you. Just stand back and whack them.

Arguably my favorite KZfaq series ever!!! Also this series is great inspiration for my own single player world and I love it! I just finished an iron farm and got every enchant on my gear so I'm a little behind but I'll get there :)

xokz allay to noteblock tracer data pack is super useful for working with allays, it draws a link directly to their paired noteblock. Allay in a bottle datapack also allows you to link an allay directly to a noteblock without having to to the “closest to a noteblock in a single tick” noteblock pairing which rly isn’t practical

This video is my first time seeing allay in action and I must say I'm impressed and looking forward to utilizing them for myself.

I have a pretty crazy idea, but I think it would be awesome. Imagine some kind of an atomatic lava casting machine so you could sort of re-create a bit of a normal Minecraft world. Or alternatively with stone generators and flying machines flying in the blocks, sort of “printing it” like it’s the plan with the big scicraft cactus farm. Anyways. Love the series, no matter what is on the drawing board

You can block blaze fireballs wit shield, this will make your grinding process more easy

Sticky pistons that extends blocks up to the bottom of the bounding box would allow you to switch it on and off probably

If you ever need to kill more blazes (or any mob) with your bow but you need to use looting, you can hold your sword in your off hand and kill mobs with your bow and the looting effect will work.

I forgot the name, but there is a mod where you can color code ender chests with dye's. It allows for a ton of combinations and storage. And if I remember correctly, is the fastest mode of transport since it can allow hoppers to feed through and out of it. You can try it out if you want. I won't mind.

If you want to make a wither skeleton farm for coal, you have the ideal location, a fortress in a soul sand valley at a low y level. You can use the mob switch to clear the platform for building.

You should place blocks to prevent ghast spawns on your nether spawning platform

I think I find a feature/bug while I got the 'hero of the village' and waiting for the lava bucket gift. Normally there will be a random 30s-5.5min cooldown after gift-giving. But if i) the profession of villager is not locked, ii) then I break the profession block, turning them to unemployed, and iii) finally put the block back, it seems that the cooldown is reset and I will get another round of gift always ~30s after they get the job again. I wonder if this is already known before and if it is vanilla or caused by the mods. Maybe there is some potential to build a farm from it?

I'm now convinced the mod has different drop rates for wither skulls, otherwise these drops are unexplainable! Also counting the one that dropped around 30:35 and fell in the void
