1/200 RMS Titanic Build Video 49 Crane Set

Introducing our crane set for Titanic. I'm moving more and more towards lowering the parts count of this build. "More" isn't always "better" or "more detailed"... It's just more... work. I want to finish models efficiently so that I can move on to the next build. I enjoy building. But if a model takes too long, there's a serious risk of becoming frustrated and stagnant. This kills the build, kills the enjoyment, and kills the hobby. I'm trying to prevent all of that with these improvements.

The cranes look very good. I'm not building a 1/200 Titanic, but if you ever decide to make 1/350 I would surely buy them.

Just when I thought I had bought enough extra bits for the build this comes along great work mate, as for the hot knife thing I am not breaking resin parts anymore especially the finer bits.

Looks great Ben. I’m sure they will save a bunch of time. 👍 Like has been mentioned before by others I thought I had bought everything for this but now I have ordered these too. At a later point I will have to buy the deck chairs to go with the benches. Thanks Ben. 😃

Very nice work Ben, Just received your chairs a week ago, if it had known this it would have waited a little longer and had them come along I hope that the masts will also follow, so that I can order everything at once. Greetings from the Netherlands

I don’t have any plans for masts at this time. I doubt they will hold up over time and they will take forever to print. But I can think about it. Maybe something can be done with a brass insert.

I'm doing the same thing. Got most of everything one could possibly get except I do not have the model yet. I'm going to go with the Agora Titanic model. If my wife buys something, you better believe it is HEAVY and LARGE and extremely hard to move. Ben's little boxes of joy are SO EASY to move and store!

Is it possible to print them already in white?

Not without changing resin. And that changes the quality of the resin. Possibly reducing the quality of the print, or making it impossible to print. I’ve had trouble with other brands and using different colors.
