Can't believe i can finish this 1 hour workout perfectly. As emi said "you can do this, i'm proud of you". I have seen the result, my waist and thighs are getting smaller, and i feel healthier than ever. With consistency, i believe we can get the results that we wanted. Thank you so much Emi!!

For those who needs motivation read this!!. DO NOT GIVE UP no matter WHAT. Hardwork pays off. I know it's hard but trust me one day you'll get what u wanted I was also body shamed but look where iam ryt now I was 57 my families friends were body shaming me but now iam 42kg and no one dare to speak to me. I don't like to lose weight but i wanted to show them that i CAN also be skinny. No matter how potato shape ur still love urself. Exercise to get active not to lose weight if u think like that then eventually u will get ur body but plss dont push urself since I experienced it iam telling u it can couse injuries to ur body. Slow and study wins the race. UR BEAUTIFUL PERSON THAT I eVEr SAW. Just challenge ur self that by the end of the month u will lose atleast 5 kg. 💜 hope u feel motivated now get up queen 👑 and start doing this. U need to find ur crown which is missing. Iam not that good at motivating but hope u feel okay it's ok if u fail it's just get up start running to ur happiness again REMEMBER succes doesn't come for u, u go for it!

you should do it for yourself and for your own health, not for others. im not trying to be negative, its amazing that u lost weight, but its just easier to mantain it when you make it an everyday thing and not some diet and intense working out that you do to prove yourself to others

@@Bbok4r1i do other videos from this channel, theres also chloe ting and pamela reif. i would recommend walking atleast 1h a day, drinking a lot of water and eating high protein food like meat and eggs. and also dont make it be your diet, cs if you plan on mantaining the healthy weight you have to continue your new habits, so make it your lifestyle yk just change sweets with fruits and things like that

I have142lb weight . Now 137 lb. I have done this workout for 2 weeks , 4 days in a week together with 6- 18 hours fasting. Actually I start fasting from October. Now I start to see my changes and my friends also tell me that I am in good shape and encourge me to continue. For ones who start to do this workout , pls do this , This is amazing . I’m 14, I remember doing this workout for my very first workout but once I realized I couldn’t go any further than 24 mins, I set a goal to work my stamina up....it’s been 2-3 weeks and I can finally do this without having any problems! 😩😭 And mind you, I USED TO NOT BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AT ALL!! Like at all 😭, so the fact that I’m finally being active and trying to better myself makes me feel good 💀, also my mental health and mood has improved since, every time I wore my cloths I always felt too big in them and insecure, now I’m so down to earth about my appearance, and I’ve been feeling much more happier and proud of myself then I was before, I also noticed that my stamina has improved so much since before, I’ve also been trying to eat healthy and that’s been an even bigger confidence boost for me, I also noticed that my double chin has gotten less noticeable which is something I think is nice, so yea, if I can do it, you can too!! last time I checked I weighed about 167, and I’m 5’3, I’m going to buy a weighing scale soon too to check my weight, so yup 🐝

Right? Im in high school, 16 now so about the same age as you. My class is at the top most floor usually, but some classes are on the ground floor, some on the 3rd, some in another building + going up and down fro lunch and breakfast. My campus is so big and its tiring to walk so much. I anyways wanted to lose weight so started doing Emi's workouts, and I have lost weight, but Im also gaining stamina and can walk longer.

This workout is especially good for weight loss, at least for me. For anyone who doesn't know, fat is expelled mostly when you breathe, so when you come across workouts like these that move your body and give you a tolerable shortness of breath, you know you've found a good weight loss exercise.😁

I did this workout today and it burned 700 calories. Totally shocking for me. Emi is one of the best coach I would tell. I have been following her videos for quite few months now. I took some time, before I actually jumped into this workout as I wanted my body to get adapted to workouts. Emi you are the best fitness coach I would say. Thanks so much for these effective workouts.

This is 1 hour workout, but look at the clock behind her, she starts at 11.30 and finish the workout at 1.30pm, so she takes rest as well in between😊 it’s normal. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Great observation.may be she need those breaks to perform well for the vedio.if not she might look like the rest of us strugling to position well. So guys dont worry and dont compare your performance with fitness instructors

I loved this. I forced myself to get out of bed and do it in my pj's, I'm surprised I could finish this. Ive been struggling with depression and I always quit workout at the 20% mark (even the 10 min videos). This is my favourite depression workout

Yes, some people may get exhausted quick. If that happens, and you can't take it AT ALL then stop. If the pain continues, go to a Doctor.

For everyone who's checking comments if it's gonna work or not...trust me it works!!!..last year I was 68kgs..I was worried as well..I used to check comments whether workouts work or not. I would give up easily..but emi's workouts give me so much motivation n happiness. It sure was hard for me at first but trust me u will see changes even if it's slow. So I suggest u to go for it!

Set 1: You're pumped up ready to go, this set is nothing. Set 2: Ok it's getting a little harder but you're still on board. Set 3: I want this to end so bad but I want to work my abs next too... Set 4: Now that was tiring but I'm most of the way through so I may as well continue... Set 5: Just goes by so fast. Set 6: Nice and relaxing set and you're super glad you worked out!

I did it for the first time today. My weight loss journey began 3 months ago and I lost 17 kg in it. Honestly did workout was easy for me. I was surprised myself. First day doing the workout and I was drenched in sweat for sure. It’s really good and yes I did stop a few times but I didn’t let myself stop for more than like 10 seconds. It’s challenging but it’s doable I encourage everyone trying to lose weight to give it a go and don’t give up because your worth it and you deserve the body of your dreams❤️

I drink smoothie and after 30 min i exercise. this can be done in the evening as well. just have a banana or smoothie 30 min before workout. reduce your portion in every meal so that you are calorie deficiet. and dinner avoid carbs. avoid added sugar and packaged food.

Am from kerala. Big fan of u emi. You are the best coach i had ever seen in my life . Am already slim weighing 45 kg but due to lock down my weight increased upto 50 . A year ago I tried this workout for the first time and was out of breath 15 minutes in (no joke) but now I completed the entire workout with no rest and using weights! Don’t give up guys it gets easier! :)

Lemme tell you guys. The reason you don't like burpees is NOT that you can't do them. The reason is that you just don't want to do them. I promise you; if you stop hating them, they will get easier!!! And it's no big deal if you can't do 45 secs, just do a few (just as much as you feel comfortable with). Little steps! This is always a better option than just not doing them! IT WILL GET EASIER!!

starting weight : 66 kg 1st Day done... done 24 minutes ... extremely affective i was sweating ... and felt its like a complete package for ur body . i hope i can continue daily. 2nd day ...weight : 65.5 kg ....couldnt exercise because of my job but felt much energetic .. i could climb up the stairs without shortness of breath ...i didnt feel muscle sore unlike other exercises which i used to do i was feeling extreme soreness the next day.hope to continue tomorrow. 3rd day done... wt 66 kg ...done 40 minutes almost it was hell exhausting but extremely affective i was drenching in sweat and i felt like each of my body muscle felt the burning ..i couldn't complete few exercises as it was impossible for me as a starter to do that heavy exercises in begning but i didnt accept the failure i tried to do by myself ..i am feeling my thighs are more tight today ...and amazing thing is despite heavy exercises i didnt feel being tired at my work place... unfortunately my wt is still same may be i am eating normal diet from tomorrow i will start dieting may be it will help. 4th day done... wt 65.6 kg done 48 minutes ...still cant complete some exercises especially with plank now i am feeling my waist is shrinking my abdomen is stretching from inside ...hope to continue loosing weight

I have been doing this workout for abt 3 weeks or so, and my belly has gone down by a visible amount, and I also lost 1.1kg. I never believed that I could lose weight (this is legit the first time I lost weight in my whole life), but you showed me that with perseverance and a little bit of discipline, I'll be able to reach my goals. I'll re-update my progress when I see some again. Emi, thank you for helping me :D Update 1: So recently I haven't rlly been doing this workout cuz school started and I'm coming home at like 5-6pm, so my tummy sorta ballooned again..... However, I have lost quite a bit of back fat and my sides feel harder now. I'm also able to wear my school skirt to the smallest setting (yay)

Just sharing - I've actually been doing workout videos of other influencer for around 2 months but didnt see apparent changes on my weight, although my waist and love handle have gotten a bit slimmer. So I switched to Emi's video for a change. I've been doing this 1 hr workout almost everyday since late July, sometimes if I feel tired or on my period I would do the 30mins/ 45 mins workout instead and I haven't been on any diets (but i've cut down on snacks). I've lost 2 kg since, although it's not a huge drop my body is definitely toned right now and my abs are also apparent. My mum has been doing the 30mins workout everyday for 4 months and she has lost several kg and gotten fitter (and she is 56 and I am very proud of her :)) Before I was really focused on the weight but focusing on this will actually get you discouraged as muscles weigh a lot more than fat. So keep working out because it will definitely pay off!!! I will finish the workout in one go without pausing and will do more stretches afterwards and in the morning :) Hope it helps!

If u r about 2 quit, please don't do tht, continue doing it, bcoz I lost 2 kgs in 1 week, don't think it's just 2 kgs, if I lose 2 kgs in 1 week then in 5 weeks I can lose 10kgs! So please guys don't quit keep on doing it, if u don't c the results also...u will c it soon! All the best

OMGGGG GUYS, Y DK HOW HAPPY I AM RN! I felt like giving up after 30mins cus my body was so in pain. But i did pushed myself to the end of the vid. Rn I'm sweating like hell and I did enjoyed the streching and cool downing session after an hr of full body workout. Day 1: ✅(it was difficult af but did worked out w minimal breaks in between)

i finish this in 1,5 hours and so freaking proud of myself! :) for those who cant do it in 1 hour, doesnt have a perfect form, have to take a break here and there, its FINE. you are still trying and if you keep trying you will see the progress. Thank you Emy for the workout class!

Hey y'all!!! I'm gonna do this workout for a month along with another HIIT workout... Day 1 - It was tough, but I somehow made it to 30 minutes...I couldn't do the full workout because I have some pain in my thighs, I'll try to do better tomorrow...I felt the burn during the workout...

I'm trying! I really am. I don't like myself for how I look and how much I weigh so I've decided to either do this everyday or run around my pond everyday to try and lose weight. I'm keeping track of how much I lose and I'm doing this video in 30 minute time stamps. So I will do the first part. Take a 30 minute break then finish the video. I hope that works!😞😁

Started at 30mins exercise, I started my weight lost journey 7months ago with a starting weight of 103kg then now I’m 90kg a verrrrry slow progress my weight fluctuates a lot. I hope this exercise will work for me! Despite of having a depressive episodes everyday i still found myself getting up to exercise hehe ^.^

I'm tracking my progress here. Start: 5th December 2022 I'm gonna do it for a month so until 5th January. I'm gonna do this while doing intermittent fasting/calorie deficit. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: Did this for 26 minutes only, but I dance for 40 minutes. So today I've burned my target calories (300 cal). Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ (But I didn't do it in one go. I split it into 30 mins) Day 7: ❎ (I got lazy :") Day 8: ✅ (Split it again) Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ❎ Didn't do this but I've burned my target calories (300 Cal) Day 14: ❎ (Another rest day cuz I'm still out of town and there's no place where I could be alone 💀) Day 15: 36 minutes only Day 16: ❎ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ❎ hh I got lazy lately Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ❎ procrastinate again Day 21: ❎ and now I'm feeling sick 🫠 Day 22: Day 23: Day 24: Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: Day 28: Day 29: Day 30:
