Great workout but no way would I get 10K steps. I got 8,010 and that was with running through the cooldown rather than doing it. That being said, I appreciate YOU and your workouts. Really got a sweat on and a great workout!

I did 8300 steps and burn 362 calories. I am 68.5kgs and 156cm tall. That's because did this at very very very very low intensity due to knee issues I am having. If I was normal myself with no issues I would have probably burnt double calories. Excellent workout!!!

Great job, amazing work! Don’t worry about doing the work out at lower intensity, as long as you are moving and doing what feels good for your body. Have fun and enjoy getting stronger every day!
