Activating my glutes is always a must for me. No matter if I train at home, with bodyweight or weights in the gym. It’s the best way to make me feel my backside burning & working for the rest of the session. Squats, deadlifts, glute bridges - if you want the compound exercises to hit your butt, you need to make sure you actually lift your (body)weight with your bum!
This routine activates our bubble butt from all angles:
1. Straight - with kickback movements
2. Diagonal + Twisted - burns in a different way! :D To focus more on the upper side
3. Glute Bridges - in different versions, for the big butt muscle
4. Side Lifts - for a round hourglass shape

I see many girls are trying to do workout videos after Pamela in Pamela's way, but for me Pamela is the best. I follow her since many years ago and I will not stop working out with her videos. I think she opened the way for other girls to follow and to do workout videos too, but she will always be the "original " , the first one, the best one. Love you Pamela 😎

Nothing better than waking up to exercise with pamela and realize she posted a new video!! Pamela, I have been exercising with you for 2 and a half years now! You helped me change my body after pregnancy and I can't thank you enough for that. My baby boy who is now 5 loves exercising with his mommy and you almost every morning. I was taking videos of him when he was a baby struggling to follow your abs sessions!! And now he feels you are our friend and won't go to school in the morning unless he exercises with you!! First time commenting but Pamela thank you so much...have been working out with you since after I had my baby girl who is now nearly 5!!! Think you only had a handful of videos then. Have had 2 more babies since and have used your work outs during and after pregnancy. I have made a folder for pregnancy safe workouts of yours and think you should do the same. Your videos are better than any for ante and post natal exercise and I'm talking real experience using your videos for 4 pregnancies. You go girl, be so proud of your work

We just leave the Anatomy in a dark corner and ignore that there are no „side booty“ muscles. Musculus piriformis won’t give you round hips and less hip dips. But that’s just me and my itty bitty anatomical knowledge from med school.

@@anamaiorova6869 For sure it does but especially the side booty exercises (abduction of the leg) don't work your gluteus muscles. It mainly activates the piriformis muscle which is deep to your 3 gluteus muscles and doesn't do anything to your butt shape. It won't reduce hip dips as well. It's simple anatomy. In the "hip dip" area are no big muscles, so mainly fatty tissue will make your hips look round. If you look at fitness models not posing, you will most certainly see that they have hip dips too. If you would like to get a round butt Bulgarian split squats (use weights if you have access to some) are one of the best exercises. They hurt so bad but you'll literally see your results so fast. I hope that's helpful for you.

Likely you’re arching to get your leg up. Limit range and try to focus on moving through your glute only (your leg won’t come up as high but that’s ok)
