Oh gosh - I was shaking haha ♥︎ a fireeeee Booty Activation Routine - especially for the Gluteus Medius!
What’s the Gluteus Medius?
Our butt consists out of 3 muscles. And if you want to make the Kardashian’s envy your booty, we gotta work on all of them :D The gluteus medius helps to create an hourglass figure & make your hips rounder - at the top side part. It’s the muscle you touch when you run your hands down the sides of your back.
▸ without squats, lunges or jumps
▸ floor only, low impact, knee friendly
▸ for round hips & a full top booty
For this workout, I find the MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION extra important! It helps to:
#1 - Keep your leg super straight
#2 - Don’t lift it to the front. You will work the front of your hips instead. If it’s difficult to follow for you, try to lift it a biiiit backwards.
#3 - Do all the lifts sloooow, never swing!
#4 - Touch your upper booty & make sure the muscle is working.

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band yet - don't worry! You can still do this workout :)
If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

If I am 100% honest I always ran away from this workout because it was SO HARD for me and today (after one month of working out with Pam) I came back (a little bit scared but I did it 🤣) and it was amazing to see the strenght I have gotten since those days. If you are just like me let me tell you to just keep going because you may not see it in the moment but it will pay off 💜 Don't give up!

Doing this till the summer (Changed my mind lol)✨ (5 days in a week and 2 rest days) ✨WEEK 1✨ Day 1:✅ (I could feel the burn alot lol I only used resistance band for the fire hyrdants.) Day 2:❎ (I didn't got time to do it so I took a rest day) Day 3:✅ (Done this fully with resistance band took few breaks because it hurts so bad!) Day 4:✅ (Didn't got alot of time today but still managed to do it) Day 5: ✅ (I took few breaks with legpulses) Day 6: ✅ (Already seeing rounder butt as result) Day 7: ✅ (Done! My mom complimented my butt it looks greater than before) Growth: 3 cm (1 inch) Note: Let's start the next week good!:) ✨WEEK 2✨ Day 8: ✅ (It's been already a week and it still burns alot!) Day 9:❎ (Rest day I have a test today so I'm going to take a break) Day 10: ✅ (Did this with daisy keechs bubble butt) Day 11: ✅ (This workout is still hard for me) Day 12: ✅ (Done this in the morning!) Day 13: ❎(Rest day I'm sick couldn't do it) Day 14: ✅ (Yess I did it! The hurts so bad but it feels so good!) Growth: 1cm Note: I'm very skinny I don't gain alot of weight quick! ✨WEEK 3✨ Day 15: ✅ (The workout is getting easier for but it's still so hard!) Doing this every day for a month will update weekly ❤️ p.s i have 2-3 rest days each week Hip measurement start: 80cm (31.4 inch) Butt measurement start: 91cm (35.8 inch) Week 1 update: Hip measurement: 83cm (32.6 inch) Butt measurement: 92cm (36.2 inch) ❤️ Week 2 update: Hip measurement: 85cm (33.4 inch) Butt measurement: 93cm (36.6 inch) ❤️ its so much easier now i dont need breaks during each exercise! Week 3 update: Sooo i went away for 5 days and forgot my band so i just decided to take time off, my measurements are still the same as last week! ❤️

I agree, this workout really brings out my side butt muscles and create a nice curve from the waist and hip as opposed to creating deeper dimples like some of the other workouts I have tried. Bless your heart for sharing such great butt workouts!

Oh my, with a high resistance band I've got, it is one of the hardest booty workouts I've ever done. I took many small rests but I'm glad I didn't give up. Thank you, Pamela! Adding this one to my favourites list for future use. Hope I'll get better in this with time!

I repeated this workout after some time (I've been doing other Pamela's workouts targeting glutes in the meantime), and it DID get easier! Still very difficult but not so frustrating as the first time! So I guess it works, thanks!

I love all of Pams workouts so much. They make me feel great afterwards, happy, and rewarded that I actually completed them! I can also REALLY feel it in my muscles when I do her workouts. (Especially the ab ones!) And even after just a few days of doing her workouts I’ve started to see definition in my ab muscles. So excited to see results in these as well.

I have chronic pain and my physiotherapist said my glutes are so weak its causing my severe back pain coz my glutes aren't supporting my body like they're meant to... After just a couple of weeks doing Pamela's butt workouts my pain is so much better!

After doing this my hips reaaaally hurt and my side booty was burning… felt great but am a little worried that my hips were hurting so much during the side lifts more than my side booty haha

I have exactly the same problem! My hip joints start hurting, especially in the fire hydrant movements. I don't think it is muscle pain because it lingers for some time after the excercise. Anyone has any tips for that? I don't mind pain but I don't want to hurt my joints...

@@marketanovotna9270 hi I am a certified fitness coach but of course no doctor. Here are just some ideas that might help. If you have pain then it means something isn't right. This can be wrong execution of the movement it also could be weak abdomen and back muscles. Make sure you keep your core tight and do the movements slow and controlled. Also VERY IMPORTANT stretch and take care of your muscles after the workout. Make sure you rest or even just have a day where you do deep stretching. If the pain doesn't go away I actually would see a doctor. Some moves are just not for every body this can also be caused through unbalance in the body etc. just be careful next time and check if you do the movement correctly and again stretch. I hope this helps. Not all pain is good pain.

I think this has GOT to be the absolute HARDEST Pam workout… it’s the only one I’ve done in the last two years that I’ve truly had to lower my legs on. An ouchy but a goody

Hi Pam! Thank you for this video: I injured my gluteus medius a few months ago while preparing a half-marathon, and I've been doing this workout regularly since then, and it definitely helped! My muscles are stronger now and can bring me much further without pain ;)

Whoah 😲 During the slow mo lifts and diagonal movements, my legs were shaking as they never did before! Pretty sure I'll wake up with super sore legs and booty tomorrow morning and feel proud of myself😌

One of my go to vids and it works. I was already pretty blessed in the trunk but this helped tone to a new level for me and fast! I just kinda feel for my neighbors can only imagine what they think is going on over here with all the grunting, groaning and "oh god" noises that can be heard from over here as I attempt to complete this workout 🤣

I used the usual stretch band for all other Pamela booty videos. However, using this band for this video was so so so so painful; I couldn't do a single exercise more than 7sec...most probably cause I never have in my life exercised the upper side butt. thx
