Why is the 5 exercise only directed towards one side? After all, the other side is not stretched, an uncomfortable feeling arises from such one-sidedness.

Thank you for your comment. The reason for focusing on one side in this exercise is to allow individuals to fully isolate and target specific muscle groups on that side. However, it is important to also stretch and work the muscles on the other side to maintain balance and prevent any discomfort. You can always modify the exercise and switch sides to ensure both sides of the body are equally stretched and strengthened. Additionally, incorporating other exercises that work both sides simultaneously can also help in achieving overall balance and preventing any discomfort.
