After doing the standing practice yesterday I decided to try this one today and I enjoyed it a lot. I need to work on my balance so I can stand on one leg without wobbling! 😀 Thanks again for all that you do for us!

Hello Joelle!!! Do you have a 10-15 minute daily yoga routine that would be good for office/desk workers? Something to counteract tight hips, back, and just general flexibility? Thank you for all the work you put into this channel!

Great question! Here's a couple suggestions that will work on improving overall flexibility and stretching areas like the hips/neck/back/other areas that get tight when we sit a lot: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pc-jmdFyuuDaopc.html (10 min full body flexibility); kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eNJmm7WputyolZc.html (10 min hips and lower back); kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j6efadlem52YpX0.html (10 min backbend practicing to combat sitting posture); kzfaq.info/get/bejne/brdxpdmXprWRd4E.html (10 min for posture) - hopefully that gives you some good inspiration!!
