Hi friends!
With many requests for more ‘loop band’ exercises, this video will be sure to challenge and strengthen your arms and shoulders. The exercises look easy but with a strong loop band are deceivingly challenging!
**PREGNANCY NOTE - THIS ROUTINE IS ALSO SUITABLE DURING PREGNANCY (if your doctor has said it's ok to exercise during pregnancy) for all trimesters.**
I’ve specifically focused on :
*shoulders - the back and internal rotator cuff (as these areas are most commonly neglected)
*biceps - using a variation to the regular bicep curls (here you will move from a higher angle in your arm making it more challenging)
*triceps - using variation from the long theraband tricep moves, again focusing on different angles (which challenges your arms and shoulders more)
This video is suitable for beginner to advanced AND pregnant women. It is beneficial literally for anyone who wants to increase strength and stamina with the loop band in the upper body and assist smaller, postural muscles in a different way.
You can do all of these seated on a chair if you need, or standing like in the video.

This loop band demonstration is great, VanessaB! You've added some fantastic exercises here that may look easy but present a good challenge and really wake up those upper body muscles. I love the long bands but the short loop bands with their quick resistance and "grab & go" versatility add a nice dimension. You're innovation and vitality shine bright as usual!
