Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute quick feet workout for football. The best thing about this workout other than improving your foot speed, is that they also require no equipment to perform. Footballers across all levels are now more athletic than they have ever been due to training methods and sport science. If you’re an attacker, you will need quick feet to move and manipulate the ball past a defender, and if you’re a defender, you will need quick feet to move your body in a position to stop the attacker.
