I'm really enjoying pilates and I think you're a big part of the reason. Your beginner videos have been so helpful. I haven't been this motivated to exercise and move my body in a long time. I always feel challenged but energized after doing your videos.

Started doing your videos when my husband was in hospital ( in Thailand ) after a cycling accident. and I needed to stay at the hospital with him. . They were perfect and have been doing them for 6 weeks now. ( my husband is doing his own physio🙂)

This was great!! I only recently started moving my body a little more, so I cannot do the full leg stretches etc and often lose balance here and there. I love how reassuring you are in this video, always pointing out that its ok to support myself with the wall, use a pillow under my knee, not stretch fully straight etc... This is what I need, since those "perfect" youtube videos sometimes seem discouraging, because I never look like that when I do the exercises 🥴

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for this great video and all of your others. Do you have any special Pilates and/or stretching recommendations for taller people? I'm 6'3", not very flexible, and have had a history of tendonitis is my left knee, unfortunately rupturing my patellar tendon during basketball a few years ago but recovering after surgery and PT.

Tall people can do these same routines without any changes :). They can apply to anyone and I recommend my physical therapy for knee pain routine if you have any knee problems!
