Bayern Munich sacking Julian Nagelsmann was probably one of the most unprofessional sacking I've seen. Instead of informing him he was going to be fired, Nagelsmann went skiing on international break and he found out the news on Twitter that he lost his job. Oliver Kahn made a mistake because the coach you fired had you in the running for the treble. Bundesliga, DFB Pokal and champions league and in the UCL they won every game. Now with Thomas Tuchel, Bayern Munich could potentially face a trophyless season out of both the German Cup and champions league and their Bundesliga dominance could finally come to an end this season. I thought that this was the right decision at first but I'm happy with how things are playing out for Bayern Munich after they ruthlessly sacked Julian Nagelsmann I didn't like the timing of this sacking and who knows had they kept him will their season be a lot different and that's what they feared. They didn't want to miss out on yet another opportunity to hire Thomas Tuchel but their season has unraveled so far and the owners now look foolish making this decision.

i disagree i think the way how they played and there horoffic perdormances and sellng lewa and not being able to sign a proper striker choupo mouting is not a starting 11 striker he isnt going to replace lewa

A solid team became inconsistent under nagelsmann. His play style did not seem to have any specific identity nor ethos and relied purely on the quality of the squad. Bayern might have fared better against City in CL but was never going to win it with Nagelsmann. Getting Tuchel in early was like pulling the bandage off a healing wound to let it breathe. Some seemingly unecessary pain which may or may not prove entirely necessary in the long term.

Not saying Brighton is a bad team but their expectation and priorities are lower than Chelsea who want to try and win everything. Also Chelsea has too many good players that it is hard to find the perfect team. The chemistry may be down because of that.

Liverpool's lack of proper midfield recruitment has been costly for the Reds all season. They have suffered so many injuries in that position and many players aren't cutting it right now. Thiago Alcantara and Naby Keita are too injury prone, Fabinho isn't the player he was 3 years ago, and Jordan Henderson's legs are gone. James Milner is currently 37 years old, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is another who spends more time on the treatment table than on the pitch, both Harvey Elliott and Curtis Jones are promising but aren't ready to start every match for Liverpool at this stage of their careers. Liverpool signed Arthur on loan but he hasn't kicked a ball he's been injured all season. Let's just say that Jurgen Klopp doesn't have reliable options in midfield right now they're either injured out of form not good enough or not ready to be starters. Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo add more quality in attack but Liverpool's midfield remains their biggest problem and instead of signing Arthur they've could've used their limited resources after the Darwin Nunez transfer and sign a class midfielder.

That is true last summer Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to leave but the club didn't let him go. Before the World Cup, he did an interview with Piers Morgan that ended his career at Old Trafford. He explained his Manchester United situation where he criticized the manager and the club as a whole. Erik ten Hag benched him and there was more attention on Ronaldo than the team because now without him you're seeing the improved results and they're a much better team without Cristiano Ronaldo.

It isn't FIFA career mode they've made too many mistakes this season in terms of their recruitment and sacking Thomas Tuchel was their biggest mistake.

Arsenal is such a wierd club for me. As a United fan I really hate them because of the history, but honestly Arteta has built a great team and they play very exciting direct football. Other than City, Arsenal were the team I dreaded to play against because of their high press and dynamic midfield/forwards that just kept attacking in waves. The only thing I can dislike about them (other than the fact they are Arsenal) is the whole Thomas Partey rape allegations. I know there is no legal reason to forbid hm from playing with the investigation ongoing but it really rubs me the wrong way that a man on trial for rape can still play football and make millions. Greenwood was immediately dropped after the evidence of his abuse was leaked. I would have appreciated if similar action was taken against Partey.

Hugo Lloris is 36 years old and Tottenham don't have any alternatives to him. They need a goalkeeper that can be there for the long term and replace Hugo Lloris as the number 1 keeper. He's made too many mistakes that have cost Tottenham points and how will they make top 4 when their goalkeeper isn't reliable and cannot even makes regularly. Surely, it's time for Tottenham to bring in a new goalkeeper they should've done that a few years ago to give him competition because it's been difficult to drop the out of form goalkeeper cause you're not playing Frazer Foster. Get the keeper who's replaced him in the France squad like Mike Maignan or Emiliano Martinez

When Chelsea sacked Thomas Tuchel and hired Graham Potter, it was a big downgrade on the football club. The owners made the first mistake and then instead of giving Potter time you get rid of him and get Frank Lampard. What a move and the money they spent, I hope everybody knows that Chelsea's 600 million spending spree has no direction or footballing project whatsoever. They brought in 8 or 9 different players in one season in the middle of the campaign. How is that gonna work. Todd Boehly will learn that money won't buy you success and footballing fans need to know that Chelsea's project was leaning towards the owner investing his millions on the club rather than a football project and if we continue to see the same results from this team on the field, sack managers, and overspend this team isn't gonna progress and this was a useless spending spree that made no sense from a footballing perspective and this club will continue going into mediocrity if the owners don't develop a project and find a proper manager who can get the best out of this team again.

Frank Lampard needs to go back to the Championship by the way he just isn't cut out for this level to be managing a club at the top flight. 1 win in your last 19 games as a manager and Chelsea have sacked him before, Everton recently sacked him and he's back as Chelsea manager. Another footballing decision that makes zero sense from this football club. They've made so many mistakes this season and that's part of why they're currently 11th, if you knew that Frank Lampard wasn't gonna cut it you could've just stuck with Graham Potter until the end of the season but no if sacking Thomas Tuchel and hiring Graham Potter was a mistake resigning Lampard was also a big one cause the last manager they had before him, they gave Graham Potter no time at all and that's because of the money they spent and they expected results.

I'm pretty sure that at least half of the players signed were actually Todd Boehly calling the shots with potter having little say in them, but when they all flopped, potter was pushed the responsibility and sacked. None of these would have happened if they kept Thomas Tuchel.

I'm a spurs fan, and another reason we have been bad is due to being inconsistent, HIGHLY inconsistent, like how do we win 1-2 against brighton but lose 3-2 to Bournemouth AT OUR HOME GROUND???

And to say that not signing a world class midfielder was their mistake is just really dumb.. There were basically no good midfielders that could have been signed without splashing tens of millions, and Arthur on loan was actually a pretty okay signing just to add some depth to the midfield

The way he talks about Potter like his Brighton side wasn’t one of the best teams last couple seasons just screams he has 0 ball knowledge. Chelsea’s mistake wasn’t signing Potter, it was building a team around Tuchel just to sack him when the preseason ended and then give potter no time to work just to put Lampard and do it all over again

Is he really suggesting that they should have just kept their championship squad? We've seen time and time again that it just doesn't work like that - there's a massive gap between premier league and championship football, and given that Forest promoting was already a massive overachievement with the squad they had, they'd probably be relegated by now if they hadn't overhauled their squad as they did.
