I woke up yesterday feeling a bit grumpy for no reason. My partner was out playing golf and I had an entire morning for myself. I decided to get my watercolour out and paint some peonies I had in a vase instead of watching nonsense on Netflix. I felt so calm, relaxed, playful.. So important to carve time for yourself.

A happy, relaxed woman is a woman who is taken care of by a strong, virtuous man she trusts …..you’ll never see a woman on this planet who has more inner peace and calmness than one who’s got a STUD of a husband as her rock. Hi Margarita! I wish I found you 12 years ago. Is there any chance you will venture an episode about how to project self worth in the aftermath of a divorce where you did nót value yourself during dating and subsequent marriage. How to handle yourself now where you still have to retain a manner of relationship with the father of your child. I know that is not your experience, but perhaps you have some tips on this type of scenario? How do you deal with not losing your femininity when you also feel you now have to battle to have things good for your children? Perhaps you have some ideas. I think you are wonderful and just listening to your podcasts is bringing a memory back of what a beautiful strong woman can be.

I very much enjoy your content, and I can appreciate the value of attuning to the natural daylight/daylength, however I disagree that everyone's biorhythms are equally malleable. "Sleep patterns are deeply ingrained in our biology, and many people fall into the category of night owls or nocturnal chronotypes. While society tends to favor early risers, there is mounting evidence that these night owls are not simply lazy or undisciplined, but rather an evolutionary necessity" (Night Owls Explained: The Science & The Lessons). "What was especially interesting to researchers was the fact that night owls did better on the cognitive tests than early birds, even when the assignments were undertaken in the morning hours, indicating that night types are more likely to have overall higher IQs" (Lull, Night Owls vs.Early Birds: 9 Science-Backed Differences). Also, night can be highly productive because there are far fewer interruptions from the external. I'm posting this for all my fellow night owls, because I know we are misunderstood, and I also know that despite putting in the effort for decades upon decades, getting up early is just always a huge drag, and not something to be habituated to. In my experience, waking up early just makes me grumpy and clumsy, instead of peaceful and flowing.

In this case, i didnt get if the positive thing is having the family and not get into something new right now, or she should try the new thing because if not she would be using family and being busy as an excuse and she should try even if shes not fully committed?
