Good points Jo however in the West most women using dating apps don't really love men at all. Some studies show that these women find over 80% of men unattractive. These same women may consider the remaining 20% however will focus their efforts on the top 1-4%. One of my oldest friends is a divorce attorney who gave me this advice years ago. "Men fall in love, women are in business." I have never forgotten this advice which has served me very well. In my opinion and I say this with all due respect most women don't really love men but do love hypergamy.

Hello Jo, I am a man who likes to learn new insights of the opposite sex. You really are informative and your words are full of wisdom. Your break down of female behavior when dating is quite eye opening for me. I realize I have many of those experiences myself, and want o say YOU ARE SPOT ON,. Simple : (i didnt know before...because i am too kind) : if the other person doesnt do anything for you that requires a minimum of effort/sacrifice (so if the persons doesnt give a part of herself) she/he doesnt deserve you.
