So... I cried after watching this. I had no idea that this poem would be a stand alone episode. I'm so humbled and honored to have been a part of this amazing series. This video and poem is my mantra. When im sad, upset, depressed or just need a boost to get through the week this is what i turn to. This empowers me, reminds me why im working so hard to accomplish my goals and dreams when others simply dont understand. Why im good enough why my mothers words every week about my weight dont tear me down every night now and why i have learnt to love myself and who i am becoming, Who i have become. So thank you Natalie Patterson and Soul Pancake for this. It means a lot.

I teared at the end.Just that simple line 'I am enough' is so strong I cried.Just the thought that I am really trully enough in this exact moment.Not before,nor afterwards.I don't need anyone or anything to complete me.Just me,myself and I is enough.

For the last couple days I have had this hit of low self confidence, over stress, and just not being comfortable in my skin. I have been so sad for no obvious reason. But this video...it just spoke to me. I feel so much better. I knew I could, but I think you just helped me jump start my happy inner person again. Thank you. I am enough, I am enough, I am certainly enough.

I watched this for the first time at a women's empowerment workshop and I have watched it a million times since lol. It's so empowering and it just makes me feel good...that's the only way I can describe it.
