The way how they made his championship reign all about Eddie Guerrero was just absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. It wasn’t even just that, they made him lose all the time throughout his entire reign because they couldn’t get over the fact that he was small because we all know dear ol Vinny Mac love big sweaty men. Rey Mysterio deserved better.*

Honorable Mentions: Umaga as Intercontinental Champion since this guy was booked a straight up monster. He then lost to Santino Marella who was a FAN IN THE AUDIENCE! Granted, Bobby Lashley helped and Umaga would regain the strap later on but it really killed a lot of prestige from the title. Chavo Guerrero as ECW Champion since the title was never booked well at all considering Chavo was a SMACKDOWN wrestler on ECW as their WORLD CHAMPION. He would lose the belt in less than 10 seconds against Kane...also a SmackDown wrestler...at WrestleMania. His booking was just to make La Familia look good while he looked the fool (which sucks because Chavo is very talented).

I think Kane's first title run was pretty terribly done as well, he held it for literally one day and wouldn't win it again for like a decade.

For me,the burial of Bianca Belair will always be unforgiven. Becky also did much better as a babyface. WWE shot itself twice in a single night. One in the feet and the other in the head

And worst of all is that they completely made him look like he didn’t care about the championship because he went back to the tag division and made him act like he never cared which is even more insulting.*

Jeff Hardy's case is different from the others on the list tbh. I love Jeff but his world title reigns were short because of his drug issues and 2 wellness strikes. I have no doubt Vince wanted Jeff to be champion longer due to his insane popularity but It's hard keeping the most important title in the company on a wrestler who couldn't be trusted to stay out of trouble.

They ruined Bianca's reign by having her lose to Becky in 26 seconds. Unpopular opinion: Sasha Banks in 2016-18 deserved better. She only held the title for 2-3 weeks then losing it to Charlotte who she already beat before. They made her look like a joke to make Charlotte look good how many times? Then in 2018 she lost the title in 8 days to Alexa Bliss. She already beat Alexa the week before at summerslam to win the title. Then she lost to Alexa. Makes me question why they made her champion in the first place. I agree with Rey Mysterio having wasted title reigns. They made him look like a joke in 2010 making him win the title just to lose it an hour later (Like im serious it was an hour later!) to John Cena. I love John Cena but Rey really really deserved better.

I remember being disappointed with how the match between Lesnar and Kofi turned out. I wanted to see a match longer match between those two instead of Lesnar completely squashing Kofi.

I noticed you were including US Champ in this list too, but left out Zack Ryder. After all, the whole thing of throwing him into Kane and Cena's Embrace the Hate storyline was a burial of his US reign. Maybe that was Vince's way of punishing Ryder for getting over on his own.

The Brock vs Kofi match was not foolish at all. Brock was simply being Brock and overpowered Kofi. Same way he did so many countless others but it showed that Kofi was inexperienced as a champ(storyline of course) he let his guard down and was taken down for it. If you were there live you would have heard so many cheers and yes boos as well but this is what actually makes wrestling awesome. Moments like that. People just can’t handle it now and want everything catered to what they want.
