In this video Ann provides 10 Tips on How to Throw Closed Form Pottery. There are also 3 projects Ann demonstrates that are great ways (Pottery Gift Ideas for the Holidays anyone?) to practice these skills. It has been scientifically proven that pottery is more fun when you throw closed forms...so let's go people!
If you would like to learn Ann's underglaze painting, glazing, and decorating process then check out Ann's Video Workshop Series. These workshops are very detailed (typically 1.5 - 2 hours in length) where Ann provides step by step instruction and are designed to help potters take their work to new levels of craftsmanship and artistry. vimeo.com/showcase/6725318

I was wondering if you will make a video how to glaze and fire these close form pots with the lids. Because I don’t how I always glaze them separately and the warp. Could you give some tips how to do?

Now THAT's funny! It's actually a reference to The Egg Head from the 1960's Batman TV Series. Played by Vincent Price who had that "Priceless" laugh. My video editor has a warped sense of humor and consistently drops these weird clips in my videos. He thought the form I was throwing looked like the Egg Head Character. I know...we all have our cross to bear.
