Thanks for this! I'll try the steps here. My frother keeps exploding the pressure during middle of the process makes my milk fly away even with pre-release of the pressure but not by 10 seconds haha Also, when enabling and disabling the frother, the lever should always reach both ends? If enabling the lever from mid, I think the pressure is being surprised as well?

Thank you for you video! It's very useful. I have a such model. I make cappuccino without the panarello nozzle too. But I have a question, during this time (1 min), does the temperature in the boiler drop or not? My button goes off after 20-30 seconds, but I continue to beat the milk without interrupting the process. I have heard recommendations that it should wait for the button to light up again. How is it in your case?

Hi! I’d like to know whether this is a problem, or it’s how this model works. My steam wand never pumps out consistent air. Every time the vortex starts to build just a bit, then the steam cuts off and it sounds more like a “let-off” than steaming. I can’t get any silky milk at all and it is so devastating 🥲

I am using fresh milk:) If the milk overflow and spill out, you might reduce the milk amount. To avoid big bubble, probably you have to insert the steam wand a little bit more deep and keep the whirlpool swirl( sometimes it takes time because the steam wand pressure seems unstable and inconsistent)

I can’t froth the milk with my Delonghi 3220. Does not create the vortex needed to make the Latte art. What am I doing wrong?
@AdrianBurns2 жыл бұрын
If you're holding the jug level, try tipping it slightly to the left or right. The angle should help create the vortex. Also, heat the milk by temperature, not a set time. No more than 65°C because above that (around 68°C) the molecular structure starts to change, irreversibly, in a bad way, and this will spoil the milk. If you don't have a milk thermometer, just put your hand on the side of the jug whilst steaming. When it gets too hot to touch, you're probably around 55°C. You can stop there, or continue for just two or three seconds more to get it a little closer to 60-65°C.

hello may i know how long is the length of your rubber steam wand. Is it 3cm or 6cm long? because mine is very short and i can’t seem to insert the steam wand in about 3/4 deep inside my milk pitcher so i find it hard to create the vortex. btw i am using 500 ml milk pitcher and i usually pour in 200 ml of milk.
