This is a 10-minute yoga stretching routine that you can do every day to increase your flexibility and range of motion, release tension and stress, and feel amazing in your body. You can do this stretching class before or after a workout. It is beginner friendly and there is no equipment needed apart from a mat or a soft surface. I hope you'll enjoy it ❤️

Been going through a bit of a hard time and I decided to move my body for just 10 mins and this was perfect. I always come back to your videos and I really hope that someday I can follow one of your classes in person 🌸
