I really feel great after this practice. I'm doing the challenge a bit out of order, but i love that each day you are targeting a different areas of the body or multiple areas. I look forward to finishing the rest of challenge videos and hopeful more in the future. Thank you Nicole💜

Thank you for a lovely practice 🤍 as a beginner would recommend starting off with yoga and once I have built a consistent daily practice of yoga to then incorporate pilates a couple of times a week as well? Or the other way around?❤

I really like this video, it's very suitable for me (I'm a 62 year old woman) the movements are simple but effective for me (because I often have neck and shoulder pain) I like the sound signaling new movements, It makes me practice very well. hope you can make more simple and 10 minute videos like this that will make exercise feel easy. thank you
