Thank you Grand Master Nardizzi, those stretching exercise helped me with building flexibility for kicks few years ego and its like a habit now. Glad to see them here. Great explanation for wrong posture during stretching.

Master, how long you should stretch on those positions and what kind of warm-up you recommend before starting those stretching exercises? Thanks for the video.

Donato Nardizzi 22 hours ago It depends on the person doing the exercise. It also depends if you are doing the exercises as statically or actively. It also depends on the time of the day. It will be different for morning and night. I will be offering a guide to this information on my website soon. There will be some free training plans on offer. My website is being redesigned and it will be available soon. It is better to stretch when your body is warm so do some light cardio first.

@@DonatoNardizzi thank you for the fast answer Master. Well I teach tkd, I'm 45 and of course I lost my flexibility quite few years ago when I stopped training. Now with this pandemic is getting worst. So I was trying to get an idea of what can I do from home to start slow and see if it helps. I just don't know if you will recommend 30 seconds in one position or 1 minute but I'll wait for your website. "Gamsahamnida SanSong-Nim"

I'm in the same boat .Age 49 flexibility is horrible and sadly not motivated. Knees hurt and lower back during stretching. Would love to kick high and finally do the full side splits for great kicks and even in competition
