Cheeseburger salad - one burger + real cheese, chopped + layer on lettuce, tomato, cucumber or pickles + dressing made from 1Tbsp Greek yogurt + 1Tbsp milk + 1tsp Dijon. Adding brown rice is optional. So good, so filling. And why not eat all four berries together - that’s what I eat with my Greek yogurt. Yum!

Thank You, Thomas, for great content, again! About buckwheat, because I grew up eating a lot of it and still eat it a lot. Buckwheat was first agriculturally grown in China 3000-4000 years ago. Russian people were introduced to is a bit after this. One good aspect about buckwheat is, that it is gluten free. Somewhat ironical fact, because its name contains word “wheat”. Even more ironical is the other fact, that buckwheat isn’t even grain. Buckwheat plant is flowering plant, related to rhubarb, for example. Buckwheat is a great thing. Very many ways to season it and to add to meat, for example. Mixing it with ground meat and adding some salt, herbs and/or spices to it-a great dish both nutritionally and taste wise. For experiencing pure taste, herbs and spices are not even necessary. Worth trying and implementing to your diet, if not consuming it already. Raimo Estonia

Why don't you eat mammals?
@delphinekirkland1757
@delphinekirkland1757 Ай бұрын
@danm8004 Because I've analyzed my nutritional intake, and I don't need to. I get everything I need from seafood, fowl, eggs, and dairy. I eat 140 grams of protein a day, easily. Pigs eat their own shit, cows cry and bellow when other cows are slaughtered and sheep, according to a friend that raises them, are very stupid. It's not fanatical, and I don't care what other people eat. I ate lamb when visiting said friend, and I had beef on a flight once. I grew up on a farm with two freezers full of freshly slaughtered beef, pork, and venison and another full of fish and vegetables. My mother fished every day after work, habitually, having grown up surrounded by every type of fishing waterways in SC. We didn't do fast food joints. When I left home, i didn't like the meat at Duke. I became a vegetarian for 35 years. Another thing is I like eating "whole meat". When you eat cow and pig, it's mostly muscle and fat. I like eating whole trout, salmon with skin on, whole, small fatty fish like herring, sardines, and anchovies. I like roasting whole fowl; you get skin, liver, gizzards, and the components of collagen. By not buying expensive beef, I can afford high-quality seafood and poultry.

Burgers are fine and dandy, but you gotta know where it comes from in the quality if it has vaccines or antibiotics, especially if it has the mRNA. When it comes to getting a burger out in the restaurant, it’s not that easy. Make sure to ask where the meat comes from, and all the restaurants at source Farm table if they don’t know where the meat comes from then avoid it.
