I can't find chocolate, or dark chocolate that's healthy. I look at the ingredients and see things I don't want in my body. Why is it so hard just to find some all natural chocolate that doesn't have things like Soy in it.

Thomas should market his daily food list. Ken Berry has the BBBE diet. Michael Greger has the Daily Dozen. Joel Fuhrman has the G-BOMBS. There's the Quad-C diet (Coca Cola and cotton candy). How about the Daily Eleven to Get to Heaven? SNAPBACK FEWD Diet? The 2 lbs of Ground Beef plus Other Stuff I Like Diet. Oops, I think Don Gorske already has that diet.

Great list. I would add some onion and garlic but that's me. Of course coffee and green tea but that goes without saying. How about some fresh-squeezed lemon in your tea? A bit of bacon or sausage for breakfast? A pickle or some sauerkraut for fermented veg? A taste of honey, with Royal Jelly to start your day? I have a wider suite of veggies and I'm not eating a sweet potato every day but I'm not you! I like a big salad with some feta and Balsamic, pumpkin seeds, etc. I also enjoy a variety of meat, fish, and chicken, I love ground beef but not every day. Love the goat kefir and raw milk suggestions, if you can get it go for it! Pecans, cashews, and walnuts for some nut variety.

Thomas, thank you so much for your transparency. My wife and I have been back on carnivore for almost 2 months. I’ve been doing well except for the leg cramps at night .I take more than enough supplements, potassium, magnesium, vitamin D, three, and K.2, and I still have a leg cramps. I also put Redmond salt in my water, but I’m still being woken up, by painful, leg cramps in both legs. So I’ve decided to look for carbohydrate foods, that’s good on a low carb diet, to help hydrate , my body and stop the leg cramps. (I’m 60 years old now, there’s no way I could go back to eating junk food , so I have to make this work )Thanks again for your transparency and all you do.

You answered a question I have had for ages. Is it ok to go in and out of keto in a given day. I seem to feel really good on 100g carbs on a given day. I am a moderately active small woman, so that is not as low for me as 100g would be for you. I just worried that I would go into ketosis and get keto flu if I ate less than that. I get prediabetes symptoms if I eat too many carbs, but I don't do well on full time keto. So should I just do what feels good rather than worry about getting keto flu if say I have a more active day and run out of carbs to burn?
