What is the benefit of a neutral grip pull up over a pronated grip?

Neither is better than the other, they just bias different parts of the back. From personal experience, neutral helps a lot with clinching people in grappling.

depends on the spacing. Normally neutral is done w hands closer to one another, and that will get more of a lat stretch, thus more gains. Also, generally we will feel more lat activation with the elbows closer to the body at the end of the movement.

A rdl has a slight bend in the knees and the rep starts at the top but Good mornings have completely straight legs
