Sur tes élévations latérales tes haltères sont trop sur l'avant, tu engages tes deltoïdes antérieurs et limites l'isolation, si tu veux encore plus isoler tes deltoïdes externes, fais une rotation interne des poignets afin de limiter encore plus l'apport des deltoïdes antérieurs. On ne peut pas isoler correctement le deltoïde antérieur en faisant ses élévations frontales avec une prise neutre puisque l'on triche en utilisant le biceps et si on utilise une prise en supination sur banc incliné on engage à fond les pectoraux. Lors de tes développés si tu ne descends pas l'humerus sous la parallèle tes deltoïdes restent complétements contractés en permanence tu ne fais donc que de l'isométrie.
