Best bodybuilding channel. Todays magazines in the US are no longer workout and education focused, they're more interested in superlatives. So glad I found your channel. Mountainman on KZfaq was a great source but he passed along although his videos and advice lives on. Keep up the great work!

البته! در زیر تمریناتی برای تقویت و شکل دادن عضلات سرشانه (دلتوئید) را برایتان معرفی می‌کنم: 1. پرس سرشانه (Shoulder Press): این تمرین برای تقویت عضلات دلتوئید و عضلات دست و بازو مفید است. برای انجام آن، با نشستن بر روی یک صندلی یا میله‌ای که بر روی دو ستونه یا استوانه‌ها قرار دارد، دسته‌های میله را بگیرید. سپس میله را به سمت بالا ببرید تا دسته‌ها به اندازه چشمان شما بالا بروند. سپس با کنترل، آرام‌ترین حالت را به طور کامل برگردانید. 2. جلو انداختن هالتر (Front Raises): این تمرین برای تقویت عضلات جلویی دلتوئید مفید است. با ایستادن و نگه داشتن هالتر در دستان خود، آن را به طور کنترل شده به سمت جلو ببرید تا دسته‌ها به ارتفاع شانه‌های شما برسند. سپس به آرامی به حالت اولیه برگردید. می‌توانید این تمرین را با هالترهای دستی یا هالتر میله‌ای انجام دهید. 3. پرس از پشت سر (Behind-the-Neck Press): در این تمرین، شما همانند پرس سرشانه، دسته‌های میله را در دستان خود در نزدیکی قسمت پشت گردن قرار می‌دهید. سپس میله را به سمت بالا ببرید تا دسته‌ها به بالاترین نقطه ممکن بروند. سپس به آرامی به حالت اولیه برگردید. این تمرین نیازمند انعطاف و قدرت در مفاصل شانه است، لذا در صورت عدم انعطاف کافی، بهتر است از این تمرین خودداری کنید. 4. جرقه‌های جانبی (Lateral Raises): این تمرین برای تقویت عضلات کناری دلتوئید مفید است. با دستان در کنار بدن و هالترها در دستان، آن‌ها را به طور کنترل شده به سمت بالا ببرید تا دسته‌ها به ارتفاع شانه‌های شما برسند. سپس به آرامی به حالت اولیه برگردید. 5. شریان‌کش (Upright Rows): در این تمرین، دسته‌های میله را در دستان خود در نزدیکی بخش تناسبی پاها قرار دهید. سپس میله را به سمت بالا ببرید تا به ارتفاع زیر دسته‌ها برسد. سپس به آرامی به حالت اولیه برگردید. توصیه می‌شود قبل از انجام هر تمرین، به گرم‌کردن عضلات سرشانه‌ها با تمرینات استرچینگ و گرم‌کننده مانند تکان دادن دستان و پوزشانه‌ها بپردازید. همچنین، اگر تازه‌کار هستید یا مشکلی در مفاصل سرشانه دارید، بهتر است قبل از انجام هر تمرین با یک متخصص ورزشی یا مربی مشورت کنید. همچنین، مهم است که همیشه به تکنیک درست و استفاده از وزن مناسب توجه کنید و در صورتی که در هر مرحله دچار درد یا عدم راحتی شدید می‌شوید، تمرین را متوقف کنید و به پزشک مراجعه کنید.
