For 13 years now, I’ve been shopping to find the right one at the right price.
That day has finally come!

I knew it was an FJ before you moved the 4Runner!! There’s still a 2010 FJ on my local Craigslist for $40k smh he’s had it listed for a few months now lol he’ll probably have it a few more months lol can’t wait to see the build done!! I used to HATE the FJ, but since I got older and got myself a 21’ 4Runner TRD ORP I’m hooked on them! The prices people are asking though keeps me from getting one. Maybe one day as a toy. God bless~

I always wanted that truck. It's just too expensive. Congrats on your purchase. I would change the rims, b tires and tpms sensor right after installing the parts that you already have. That would be for safety reasons. Looking forward to your next video. Stay safe. Have a good week

NICE! I was so close to getting one a few years back but the dealer was low balling me on my 2012 STI hatchback so it fell through. That FJ was just hit the owner lottery! I say about $17K

The FJ was the truck I always wanted from the day they came out. But now I’ve had my 4 Runner for three years. Love it to death, but still have the FJ in my heart. Looking forward to your upcoming videos.

Nice I miss my Red 2012 TT. I traded it in for a 2016 TRD Pro Tundra then I got a 2017 4R. Lol. I got the seatbelt recall done around 2014 I think. The slash is probably from cutting a board with a power tool out the back.

I’m excited to see what you do with the FJ. I picked up a 2010 all white and absolutely love it. After months of searching and researching (a lot of thanks to you and your videos 👍🏻) I was able to find a 1 owner,no accident 131,000 mile Fj.

man congrats! So some neighbors I used to have, had one very similar. They had a textured coating put on the sheet metal. It looked pretty sick. I wondered how it would help rock chips, I mainly drive on gravel roads and you throw a lot of stones..... sometimes you actually throw them forward and hit them.....

Some rust as we are in this Rust belt area but nothing major. Best one I’ve checked in the last 4 years. Yeah the manual ones are e even harder to get. Cheers my friend!!🍻

You have good taste. I bought my 4runner new back in 22 and have been looking for a clean fj for a couple years now. I've looked at a few local and the mileage and condition are just too rough/high. Keep the content coming. Appreciate it!

@@VikingsGarage thats the first thing i look at when checking out a used body on frame truck. I actually own a woolwax pro gun and undercoat my own vehicles. If the frame and electrical side of things are in good shape ill consider anything if the price is right.

Im seeing 17-20 in that condition and mileage. The prices have come down some lately. 28k should get you a pretty nice fj 2013-2015

13,500.00 would be my guess. 12,500.00 great price 13,500.00 good price. 14,500.00 fair price. I"d probably ask 16k if i was selling it with a little wiggle room since people like to negotiate

Hey sir. I have a 22 with 54k miles on it. Is there a timing chain that needs to be replaced? If so what mileage. Also do you do a water pump when you change it. I’m a former Honda owner and am used to timing belt and water pump every 100k. Appreciate you!

Timing chain, there should be no need to replace it, ever. Water pump gets replaced when it starts leaking ( I’ve seen the water pump go anywhere from 120k and 200k) 👍🏻

You mean my Trail (base) for a TRD off-road (premium)…. I wanted my bother in law to experience and enjoy a 4Runner(sold it to him), plus wanted that specific color(Army Green) and the perks the premium package offers. 😉

It’s a good guess, but knowing the market with these FJ’s … you’re way off. Just keep in mind that it has a good frame, being an east coast example that’s also 16 years old.
