DAY 28 HIIT IT HARDER CHALLENGE - 15 Minute Relaxing Stretch Workout to finish our challenge! You can include these stretches in your daily routine or as a cool-down after a workout to increase flexibility and mobility! Give your sore muscles some love, breathe and feel amazing! Let's do it!!

▸ Instructions: Follow along and enjoy each stretch for 30 seconds each 🧘‍♀️

You know what last month I was feeling so depressed. So I decided to start this challenge to change my state of depression. Starting from day one till this final day I feel so good! I’m not depressed anymore since the entire month I had something else to think of- the challenge! I really thank Anna for making this challenge a REAL CHALLENGE! I’m feeling stronger now! If can afford to leave my opinion regarding stretching, I preferred to do it like in past videos. That is to hold the position at least 50 sec and have a minimum of time to change position and move on to the next movement. I have the impression here that I am reaching out a little and hastily. With more time available I feel better ! Who thinks like me ???!! Ps thanks Anna for this beautiful beautiful month ! 🥰🥰 we are a top team!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻❤❤❤❤

I finished it! And I'm going to miss it. I hope you make some more. Surprisingly, it's put me in a kind of warrior mentality. I've never felt this strong and motivated, and I feel like I've never thought this clear either. Thank you! It's not for changing my body or losing weight - it's for the fun of it.

I'm not sure if you're talking about this stretch or her other workouts, but I don't think streching alone will burn fat, the streches are nice and can help you feel better but please don't make them to be what they are not. If you were talking about her other workouts please ignore this.

Thank you for this challenge Anna! It was amazing. I can’t thank you enough. You’ve changed my life and gave me something to look forward to everyday. I never really commit to challenges...especially workout challenges, but I committed 100% to your challenge and I am so glad that I did. For some reason you’re the only trainer that gets me up and moving and happy about working out. Don’t know what I’d do without your hard work, positivity and amazing workouts. These 28 days has helped me improve mentally and physically. So many changes in my body and on the scale. I’m so much stronger! I can’t wait to keep completing your workouts. Amazing Anna! Words can’t describe how much you’ve changed my life and many others Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! Thank you for posting the videos! I did martial arts and military for over 20 years. Everything hurts these days. I think these exercises may be just what I need to get some flexibility and range of motion back. I especially like the serious, serious, serious, then a pretty smile! Vielen vielen herzlichen Dank aus tiefstem Herzen liebe Anna!! Diese März-Challenge warr der absolute Wahnsinn, meine 2 kg weniger sind nur das i-Tüpfelchen, allein wie mein Körper sich verformt hat, wie extrem energiegeladen ich durch den Tag gehe oder wie gestärkt mein Geist durch diese Challenge ist - ich kann dir einfach nur für deine Motivation danken, wenn man abends im Bett liegt und sich schon auf das Training am nächsten Morgen freut, finde ich, sagt das einfach nur aus, welch tolle Arbeit du leistest liebe Anna!! Ich hoffe aus tiefstem Herzen, dass wir morgen mit einer hoffentlich neuen Challenge beginnen??? Könnte mir einen Morgen ohne dein Training gar nicht mehr vorstellen..... 🤭❤️❤️❤️

i don't do other workouts, however i did this stretch everyday through out the summer and beggenning of school in the morning as well as sometimes doing her mobility stretch. in a few months i went from barely able to touch my toes to palms on the floor. :) i stopped doing it for a few months because of no time in the morning, and its weird/cool seeing how i can't really put my palms on the floor again or i can for a second but struggling but when it was summer after doing the stretches i could easily do it with not to much stress on legs etc.
