Let's work on slimming down the waistline with this 15 Min Daily Flat Belly Workout! If you're a fan of STANDING ABS workouts, you're going to love this one! This flat belly workout is perfectly suitable for beginners as it involves no jumping, no squats, and no lunges. It will however make you sweat and feel the burn in your upper abs, lower abs and your obliques.
All you have to do is engage your core by keeping your tummy tucked in while performing this 15 min STANDING ABS routine.
Let's get SUPER ABS with simple standing exercises anyone can do! This workout will make you sweat while targeting the entire core from a standing position. Get a smaller waist by creating a calorie deficit and incorporating specific exercises that will tone the waistline.
