This is a killer!! I love love love the burn. It makes you feel like you're entire core is really working and burning. I just had to pause as soon as I hear the countdown at every exercise. Aiming to complete the whole thing without pauses!! Let's work it ladies!!!

Almost made it! I got through everything except the very last exercise the second time. I do well with core work on my back but have trouble with planks. My wrists and shoulders start hurting. Thank you so much, Maddie! This was great!
