we usually do the 15min potatoes in smaller batches (reibekuchen in the region around cologne, germany) and with eggs instead of butter, seasoned with salt and pepper and it's a 15/10

As a 10 y/o slowly learning how to cook breakfast meals, i appreciated this. I cant do 15-hour potatoes (obviously), but the 15 min one is something that sure a little difficult but easy overall. It came out tasting great and i was able to serve it up for my parents. Disclaimer; No, my parents are not making me cook. I just genuinely like cooking and I see it more as a fun activity than a chore.
