Hey, babes!
Today, we'll be doing a 15 minute full body HIIT workout focused on your abs & core. You can do this workout from anywhere whether you're at home, work, or traveling.
All you'll need for this workout is your body and a jump rope!
Feel free to follow along with me throughout this video or view the full written workout down below if you'd prefer to go at your own pace.
You are more than welcome to substitute any of these ab exercises for your own favorite ones!
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT workout begins at 2:13

FULL BODY HIIT & ABS:
- Jump Roping | 60 seconds
- Butterfly Kicks | 30 seconds
- Jump Roping | 60 seconds
- Bicycle Crunches | 30 seconds
- Jump Roping | 60 seconds
- Russian Twists | 30 seconds
- Jump Roping | 60 seconds
- Shoulder Taps | 30 seconds
Perform all of the above exercises back to back.
Rest for 90 seconds and repeat the circuit once more.
