This was nice and a little difficult in some areas. Thought I was more flexible…….I’m hoping in time with this flow, I will get there. Thank you !!

I’ve been doing this 2 to 4 times every week for a couple months now. I feel that I have opened up my torso and hips, and a much more flexible in those areas. This is a fun and easy to do 15 minute flowing yoga. Thank you so much, Traci!

I have tried those exercises for flexibility. Those exercises help you not pull something or not get hurt. Really good video.
