This teaches me that a good workout doesn't have to be panting breath, rushed, and aching muscles. I feel the burn, yet in steady flow and 16 minutes feels so short compared to the usual workout I've been doing. Thank you Sarah Beth, I don't think you know how many life you're changing for good. AND THIS IS THE BEST YOGA CHANNEL I'VE FOUND SO FAR. Love, from Indonesia

Since lockdown I have discovered your videos Sarah and they are amazing. Reminded me why I used to love yoga so much. I like how you jump straight into the class and provide just the right amount of guidance. Always such thoughtful, considered practices and always at the right pace. I also love your focus on Ujjayi. Took about a 9 month break, mostly because of grief over my dad passing away. Stopped me from doing everything that I loved. That being said, I'm now climbing my way out of that darkness, your channel always helps me bring myself back to center 🖤 I hope you know the difference you make in people's lives Sarah!

@sarahbethyoga i‘ve been following your videos for quite a while now. And this video taught me few new insights (ie. breathwork, shavasana=relax on command, or propperly doing reverse triangle and upwards facing dog). Really good instructions in this one! Also: the promot at the end is not as abrupt as in many of the other videos. Appreciated!

i am preparaing for a very competitive exam wherein i m required to sit 10-12 hours a day.. My posture got bad and my body started becoming stale and lethargic.. Thnku Sarah beth for ur videos. They r easy yet powerful and so relaxing at the same time. Thnku so much

I only started doing yoga at the beginning of quarantine, 15-20min daily, and I'm so glad I did - I'm feeling stronger and more confident in my body. It's a long way for me to call myself flexible but I see improvement😏. I absolutely love your channel and this practice is one of my favourites❤

@@carissapeach7402 I am not able to do yoga daily at the moment with my work, college, kids etc. (and my laziness...) but I try to do it at least 3 times a week. And Sarah Beth is still my favourite yoga teacher!

@@laynaaa 3x a week is good too! I got 2 babies currently in my lap right now😅 I usually aim for yoga 10 mins a day 5x a week. I always tell myself something is better than nothing!
