He talks to Matt Fowles about growing Shiraz in the Strathbogie Ranges, how different regional expressions of Shiraz are renewing excitement in the variety around the world and lesser-known regions such as Grampians, Macedon Ranges and Tasmania that are producing really exciting Shiraz wines.
