First and foremost, thank you to ALUX for spilling out the beans. The fact that bosses secretly observe employees’ work ethics without compliments is a strategic move and an excellent way to avoid one’s head from getting big, relaxed, and becoming less productive. Now we know. We often forget that getting a job is not necessarily for the paycheck, but there’s a dignity that comes with it. Landing a job gives you purpose, something you look up to, and a sense of responsibility. The working environment creates an atmosphere where you soon become part of a family through connections and commonalities. I recall a time when my boss began spending more time outside the office. I never complained and conducted myself accordingly. I didn’t realize at the time that I had become a trustworthy employee in training secretly to take on a new position and ultimately become co-owner of the business. I credit this to my humble beginning as a discipline and emotional intelligence play a crucial role. Thanks again, ALUX!

The one thing I came to realize my boss wasn’t telling me is how much money he was making with my time and my effort. When I became an employer owning my own cleaning company and my employees found out how much I was making they quit on me and went on their own, they got smart on me ! 😂,since then i learnt The idea is to be a smart employee and learn how business works and how to work with people so that eventually you can be not a boss but a leader leading from the front giving a good example, bosses don’t do that. as long as you work for somebody else your income will have a cap ,And you will never make more money than your boss so if you are an employee , be smart and learn so that one day you get paid what YOU believe YOUR time and YOUR effort are worth ,the goal is freedom, yeah the one your boss has right now 👍🏻 #leadersoverbosses

I had one boss almost punch me in the face because he was ranting about the different ways a particular task could've gotten done and I interrupted him trying to explain that I had already taken care of the issue. At another job, they wanted to know why our numbers dropped from one month to the next. My coworkers all said that our clients just lost their "new year's motivation" to meet with their counselors. My supervisor seemed upset when I explained that one month was not only shorter, but there were also fewer business days in that month. Effectively costing us an entire work week between the two months. They really didn't like my realistic answer

I have a question. I'd like to know one simple thing! Why in this video (11:10) there is a scene with people wearing face masks in their workplace?! Has it become normal that in more and more videos on YOuTube there should be a short part showing people with face covers. Person at some point is starting to ask himself is this normal to be shown or is it some sort of propaganda?! I've seen the same type of images on other videos primarily with educational purposes and couldn't help it but noticing something as a pattern. Could you please try to give me a compelling reason why videos has to have those type of images. Have we've changed so drastically from last year that you and other channels are feeling somewhat compelled to 'remind' or 'promote' this type of behavior. I do not mean I am against it wherever needed it in the outside world, but I totally fail to see any sense of having it in an educational video like this one or in any other with entertainment purposes for that matter. I would really appreciate if you would answer my dilemma! Apart from this the channel is great and a person can learn many things!! Regards

ok Alux you are missing a big key...there is "boss" and there is "owner/boss"...huge difference...hired "bosses" suck, they are "managers" really, owner bosses just want performance, a job well done...rare to work for the "real boss", many do suck as they are typically not good managers...so no matter what scenario you are in? Until you are your own boss get ready for daily BS on either side...

Only the good and ambitious bosses fit this video. I have had to deal with both types at the same job. The good ones were at the top and the bad bosses at the bottom. No one wanted to be the supervisor at we had to rely on a temporary supervisor for most of one year. The people at the top cared about me wile the supervisor at the bottom sometimes left early.

99.9 Percent of my bosses were just waiting for me to make a mistake so the can yell at me but because of my fear for losing my job I had to be perfect 👌 so they had nothing to say nothing to me!!! Because they had nothing to say to me they would disrespect me by yelling at me for some of the dumbest reasons anyway!!! I have had way to many bosses I wanted to beat up 🤕 but instead I took their verbal assault and would go back to work!!! I could not lose my jobs because I was barely 😥 able to feed my self but no matter how good I was and how hard I would work it was never enough and still lost 😡 many jobs!!! I’V missed many meals!!!

You are speaking about an ideal organization. In a real organization, some bosses care about who is to blame. They may be insecure and want to pass the bulk rather than face up to their own leadership ineptitude. You may need to manage your bosses and know a little politics to help you navigate the slippery slope of some organizations.

Don't come to me with a problem without the solution! Was a great statement my boss yelled at me forty years ago and it still rings in my ear today. [possibly because he used a lot of expletives as well lol]

Every job I've ever had and have. My work ethic and experience is something my boss respects. I for the most part have been trusted to do my job without supervision. I don't need someone hanging over me like a dead goose. My employer appreciates and respects that.
