1. Tell him how much you appreciate the good decisions he makes.
2. Smile at him often. 😍
3. Ask him how you can best support him and then follow through whenever possible.
4. Be open and receptive to his ideas and willing to consider the wisdom he wants to share. 🤔
5. Don't immediately rush in to take over if he doesn't come up with an idea right away. Give him some time and space to figure things out without feeling pressured.
