Just Like my mother had. A Mirro M-0296 pressure cooker that I had to make some fall off the bone ribs.
I rubbed these down with sweet n spicey rub.
Browned them in the cooker for a light seared crust.
Poured one box of chicken stock in with the oil I seared them in.
Added a couple tablespoons of liquid smoke.
Put on the lid, set the regulator (jiggler) on the 15 psi hole.
Turned up the heat and when the regulator started jiggling I adjusted the heat to where it would jiggle a few seconds every 30 seconds.
40 minutes which 30 mins was probably long enough to cook.
After 40 mins turn off the heat and allowed pressure to drop on its own.
Sauced the ribs and baked at 450 for 15 mins.
Bones pulled away and cut with a fork.
