This is the way to go if you dont have time to properly smoke them. Going to make some tonight since i dont have time, charcoal or woodchips on hand.

I use several. My three fav's are: Shun DM0707, Gunter Wilhelm Executive Series 10 inch chef knife, and my Kotai 8 inch chef knife.

After the 23 minutes in the PC...did you do a quick release...or let them sit for 10 minutes and then do the release? I see you do not use a rack...like some others...so you like to sit the Ribs right in the liquid...I guess either way works?

I did quick release. And you don't use a rack in the pressure cooker for these ribs. These should be submerged in the super-hot liquid in order to cook them through and tenderize them. You are not trying to steam them. You are pressure cooking them in hot liquid. The use of a rack in a pressure cooker is to keep things from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Or to do weird things like try to pressure cook things you normally should just steam instead.

No, you want the BBQ sauce to caramelize onto the ribs in the oven. The only reason you would cover in foil is if you were slow-cooking the ribs in the oven or smoker. But we used a pressure cooker to cook them, so there is need to re-cook them with the tin foil. You won't need any tin foil.

What if you want all that fat? Can you just huck the ribs in without water or will it not cook? I slow cook that way, meat and nothing else.
