Why would that be a 12V radio of 56? My 55 has the exact same Radio, I also have a 56 one, the difference is that the 56 has a wonderbar (first year of appearance). The radioknobs are the wrong ones though

@@PaulBude - The 55 radio has gold letters on a black background, like the dash gauges. 56 radio has white background to match the white background on the gauges. This may be an aftermarket radio ? Chrysler Corp radios with search feature are called 'Searchtune'. 'Wonderbar' was GM. Searchtune radios first appeared in 55. I have one in my 55 Desoto.
