I was wondering if @23:54 whether or not that is Night Train Lane forcing that fumble where the football afterwards travels some seven yards in the air before hitting the ground. But then upon further review, @22:40, Night Train Lane #81 is seen along with teammate & fellow DB#41 Jimmy Hill who is wearing white elbow pads which Night Train Lane is not wearing. @23:54, the Cardinal forcing that fumble is wearing white elbow pads, thus Night Train Lain is ruled out. It was likely #41 Jimmy Hill, who can be seen on youtube video titled "The History of Pro Football - 1980" (though it was made in 1983) @42:06 on that memorable legendary video doing a Night Train Lane type of tackle. It was in an early 1960s game between the Cardinals and Washington, so even though by then the Cards were in St. Louis and Night Train Lane was in Detroit, that Jimmy Allen tackle @42:06 on "The History of Pro Football -1980" can be attributed to the Night Train Lane legacy.
